At the end of the bowling season the database administrator will prepare a report to determine which clubs will receive the awards. It is not necessary for clubs to make applications for these awards.

a) Greatest net retention of new members from the previous two years
b) Greatest percentage of retention of new members in the last two years
c) Greatest net increases of Youth members over last two years​

OLBA gives prizes for the highest membership retention of new members returning from the previous two years in the province. ​Winners of the retention award are named at the Spring Meeting.
